Roland Eldridge

Roland and his brother were Lurecrest campers from 2001-2003, following in the footsteps of their dad, who was also was a Lurecrest camper. Roland joined the summer staff as a cross-trainer in 2007, and counselor and worship leader 2008-10. He has stayed connected with camp staff until joining the board in 2017.

Roland's favorite camp memory is as a counselor for PJ's Place. During teen week, they had a very diverse teen cabin with BIG personalities from all walks of life. The cabin came together to form a deep authentic brotherly bond over the course of the week (and won every cabin competition). A lot of memories that week still bring a smile to his face, including some heart to heart conversations that truly changed lives for Jesus.
