Camp Lurecrest is a place that holds special significance for Chris because it was during his 4th grade summer at Camp Lurecrest that he felt the Lord calling him into a relationship, and he surrendered his heart and life to Christ. He's married to Kate and the father of Asher and Jennings. He serves as a Campus Pastor at Elevation Blakeney. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family, serving his local church, playing golf, hiking, fly fishing, and enjoying all aspects of God's beautiful creation. His hope for campers is that they leave not just saying "what a FUN camp," but rather "what a GREAT God!" Ultimately, his prayer is that each camper would be reminded of the incredible nature of God's Kingdom and that He has a unique purpose, calling, and assignment for each of them.
